Have you ever suffered from a holiday hangover where you feel fatigued and not 100%? Or, possibly this is how you feel all of the time. Maybe, you’re a busy mom or dad and are concerned about your own health. Perhaps, you’ve just had a baby and your hormones are going through a dynamic process right now, especially if you are breastfeeding, but you want to get your health back on track.
These are all reasons why I decided to go into practicing Functional Medicine. With Functional Medicine, I’m able to look deeper in to the root cause of an issue. I can put a plan of action in place, so that instead of just feeling average every day, I am in optimal health. For instance, if I am feeling tired, I want to know why I am tired. Is it the way I’m sleeping, the things I’m eating, or could it be something that’s happened in my past. By looking closer into the cause, I can make necessary adjustments so that my body is functioning on all cylinders.
I’m really excited that I can bring Functional Medicine to you. I would love to work with you to take a closer look at your individual story – from birth to present day. We can work together to develop a personalized program including: tests, diets, and supplementation if needed. Taking all of these pieces we can put together a plan to move you into the direction of optimal wellness.
